In the current real estate market it is imperative to have a solid team of support who have numerous years of marketing experience, are socially networked, have innovative ideas and a vast resource of potential buyers and sellers.
We believe the key to proper marketing is utilizing a variety of promotional avenues to reach a wide array of home buyers and sellers. Our marketing methods begin with advertising in luxury magazines and local newspapers, placing leaflets in local businesses and listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We showcase new listings in our Featured Properties page as well as our Haute Topics Blog.
When discretion is essential to our clients it is essential to us. With these special clients, rather than advertising on the MLS we highlight their homes in our Private Listings collection, making the homes available to the Home Lounge Network, a higher caliber of clientele with which we have a rapport.
Integration and use of new technology is vital to properly marketing new homes on the real estate market. Thus an integral component of our marketing methods is our e-campaign. The e-campaign comprises electronic postcards, which are a powerful networking tool used to announce new listings, open houses, special events, and other news to clients and industry associates. The e-campaign provides excellent exposure to each of our listings through a growing database of networked clientele which is expected to reach 10,000 clients per month by 2011.
THE HOME LOUNGE NETWORK
The Home Lounge Network is more than just a collection of real estate listings; it is a place where intelligent individuals come together to socialize and network. Our goal is to facilitate and foster connections between our clients, colleagues, and business professionals within the community.
Our favorite events are our client mixers, which present the perfect opportunity for contemporaries to network within a fun and social atmosphere. The individuals who meet at our mixers can rest assured knowing that we only bring together colleagues with whom we have a rich history and much confidence.
It is important to be informed! In between our various social events, our e-campaign informs patrons of important market news, new listings, exclusive listings, new vendors, community news and local happenings of interest.
The Little Black Book is a special feature for our clients and affiliates; it is an index of local businesses that we know to be reputable and honest. This is an exclusive service designed to bring together clients and preferred vendors. Either our team has worked personally with these businesses or the businesses have been recommended to us by trusted clients and colleagues. Adding businesses to the Little Black Book is done by invitation only. Very soon visitors to the site will have the ability to comment on vendors’ profiles in order to share their experiences with others; this will give a more personal touch to the recommendations within its pages. The Little Black Book has become an invaluable resource for members of the community looking for reputable local companies with which to do business and it enhances our efforts to broaden the Home Lounge Network.
